Author Guidelines

The press receives manuscripts through the online submission system on this site, following these steps:

  1. Create an account and sign in, then choose “Make a new submission”.
  2. Enter complete metadata: title, abstract, keywords, and author details with an ORCID iD for each author where available.
  3. Upload the manuscript as Word or PDF together with any supporting files.
  4. The press carries out an initial assessment and informs the author of the outcome in writing through the system.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another press for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Privacy Statement

The press collects only the data needed to run this site: account details (name, email, affiliation), submitted manuscripts and their files, and the technical usage logs needed to protect the site.

This data is used to manage submission, review, publication and communication with its owners. It is not sold or shared with marketing parties. Metadata of published works (title, authors, abstract) is public and used for indexing, and may be deposited with Crossref to register persistent DOIs.
